Back to English with this article to write about an interesting experience I had with Hotel de Varenne, a hotel in Paris I had the chance to stay at several weeks ago.
More than the actual experience with the hotel, you can read more about it on my review on Tripadvisor, I wanted to take a moment to write about how Jean-Marc Pommier (Owner and Manager, according to his signature on Tripadvisor) decided to handle my feedback.
I consider Tripadvisor one of the greatest tool around to improve customers and potential new customers’s feelings about your hotel, b&b, beach house or whatever place you are promoting as travel accommodation. I actually wrote about this topic some time ago pointing out how a proper response to a client’s complaint may end up turning “negative into positive”.
